Soup, Soap, Salvation
What's the Salvation
Army?
The Salvation
Army is an international evangelical movement created in England in 1865 by
William Booth (1829-1912) who was a a Methodist pastor.
What does
the Salvation Army do?
Its mission
is based on the bible and motivated by the love of God. They meet people in
needs without discrimination and try to help them.
Why's the
organization special?
It's a
Christian organization and it's part of the universal Christian Church. The
confidence Salvationists have in the love and the care of God and the love in
humanity is unlimited.
Why should
people donate to this organization?
They should
because they help and support development projects in different countries, such
as helping poor families and helping children go to school, or more generally: they
help people live with dignity.
So please,
help us.
