Sans Frontières (also
called « Doctors
Without Borders ») is a French international humanitarian and
non-governmental organization, which was founded in Paris in 1971. Its
Headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland.
This
organization gives medical help to people facing wars, epidemics or natural
disasters.
Its staff
is very well prepared and consists of doctors, nurses and other medical
professionals. In order to be totally impartial, MSF only receives the money,
which is necessary to accomplish social-aid actions, from donators and not from
governments. We believe that everyone has the right to get medical care,
regardless of their gender, religious, political or philosophical opinions.
